SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Hani’s Flower Design offers local flower delivery for eligible delivery areas.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Same-day delivery availability may vary depending on order size, flower availability, delivery location, holidays, and current order volume.

PREPARATION TIME

Most standard floral arrangements can typically be prepared within approximately 2 hours.

Large arrangements, funeral arrangements, standing sprays, custom designs, and high-volume orders may require additional preparation time.

DELIVERY FEES

Local delivery fees start at $25.

The final delivery charge may vary depending on the delivery location, distance, order size, or special delivery requirements.

Applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

We make every effort to deliver orders on the requested delivery date.

Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless confirmed directly by Hani’s Flower Design.

Delivery times may be affected by:

- Traffic
- Weather
- Holiday demand
- Recipient availability
- Building access
- Security restrictions
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt to:

- Contact the recipient or customer
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate
- Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, front desk, neighbor, or authorized person when appropriate
- Arrange another delivery attempt

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, recipient name, and delivery instructions.

Additional fees may apply if an order needs to be redirected or redelivered because incorrect information was provided.

HOSPITALS, BUSINESSES, HOTELS AND GATED COMMUNITIES

Please provide all necessary information including:

- Recipient's full name
- Business or facility name
- Room number when applicable
- Gate code when applicable
- Department or floor when applicable
- Recipient phone number

Some hospitals or facilities may restrict flower deliveries. If delivery cannot be completed because of facility restrictions, we will contact you when possible.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY

During major floral holidays including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-volume periods, order cut-off times and delivery availability may change.

We recommend ordering early during these periods.
